All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical review by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescribers. Completion of a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will assess your suitability based on the information you provide. We may request additional information or recommend alternative treatment. A prescription will only be dispensed once it has been approved by the prescribing pharmacist.
Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Rishworth and are not transferable to third-party pharmacies unless required by law.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed through our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the point of order. If your prescription request is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. We do not store payment card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
Delivery timeframes may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been clinically approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us promptly via our website or email. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to dispensing.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
